Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and changes

Each order you place through FreeView360 constitutes full acceptance of these terms, whether or not you read them. We may revise the terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated version, so re-read this page before each purchase.

2. Eligible use

You may use FreeView360 only to promote public-facing content on supported social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and similar networks). While doing so you must comply with the destination platform's own terms of service.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices may change at any time without notice; orders already submitted are honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase. All deposits are final once processed. Wallet balances are tracked in our internal currency and can only be spent on FreeView360 services — they are not redeemable for cash.

4. Delivery time and quality

Start and completion times shown for each service are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. We will not refund an in-progress order on the basis that it is taking longer than expected. Where a service is labeled as covered by refill protection, dropped quantities are auto-replenished within the stated period. We reserve the right to switch the underlying provider for a service if necessary to complete the order.

5. Refunds

• ▸We do not refund deposits to your original payment method. If an order cannot be delivered, the equivalent amount is credited back to your FreeView360 wallet for use on future orders.
• ▸Orders submitted with the wrong link, on private accounts, or with incorrect parameters are not eligible for refunds. Verify each order before submitting.
• ▸Running multiple concurrent orders against the same target can corrupt baseline counts — affected orders are not eligible for refunds.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

By depositing funds you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute against us. If you do, we may permanently terminate your account, withhold any unused balance, and remove quantities previously delivered to your social accounts.

7. Prohibited conduct

• ▸Uploading or promoting content that violates the destination platform's rules (sexual, hateful, illegal content, and so on).
• ▸Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods.
• ▸Interfering with the service, exploiting technical flaws, or extracting data beyond your own account scope.
• ▸Any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Account safety

We will never ask for your social platform password. Every service we offer needs only a public link or target identifier. Be cautious of anyone impersonating FreeView360 and requesting credentials — it is not us.

9. Liability

FreeView360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost revenue, account suspensions, content removals, or any action a social platform takes against you. We do not guarantee that delivered followers, likes, or views will engage with your content.

10. Privacy

We collect only what is needed to fulfill your orders: account email, IP address, transaction metadata (we do not store card numbers), and the public links you submit. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect fraud, abuse, or terms violations. In cases of fraud or chargeback abuse, the remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.
